Lost cat found despite 7 weeks without a sighting is home.

After hearing this missing cat was transported, we had a clue but no sightings. Yet these owners never gave up!

We found Bonnie after all these weeks of searching for our dear lost cat. This is the BEST DAY EVER. Thank you from the very bottom of our hearts again for being with us on this journey.

After 7 long weeks we finally got a sighting that sounded promising although it was miles away. I asked my mom to come and it was her first time out searching with me. I found a storm drain where you can see straight through and there was a dark clump of fur and two glowing eyes. The cat looked very small from a distance, like a kitten. The cat stayed laying and just looked at me, and then YOWLED loudly!!! And got up and started trotting quickly to the end of the tunnel. She emerged from the light and I couldn’t believe my eyes — she had both collars on and her tongue out, I knew instantly it was Bonnie and she went straight to eating the can of friskies I’d brought. She let me put her in the carrier no problem!

The vet said she’s in ok shape, she has a fractured tooth and hair missing from what looks like a thigh injury, but nothing showed else showed on her X-rays. She has some elevated liver levels so we will check up on that again in 30 days. Also, her belly was FULL of trash and bones. As we suspected, she’s a very tough cookie and she has been purring nonstop since i parked my car at home.
