My cat was lost 3 days with no leads until I found the lost cat kit

Wonderful news: thanks to you, I was able to find my missing cat here in Hungary. I am forever grateful.

Last year, I adopted a little stray kitten and named her Meryl. She has been the light of my life ever since. Meryl is an indoor cat, and we made the unfortunate mistake of opening a window too wide. In a split second, she slipped out and vanished.

We began searching immediately, but she was nowhere to be found. She’s always been a creature of habit — she loves our regular activities, like playing after work and racing me to the bathroom.

As this was my first experience losing a pet, I was desperate for advice and guidance. On the fourth day of Meryl’s disappearance, I came across your YouTube video and bought your materials immediately.

Your guide helped me recognize the mistakes I'd made and gave me a clear plan of action. I started applying your methods right away. On the fifth day, I found Meryl hiding in the tall grass in a meadow across from our house.

Thanks to you, I knew how to look for the eye-shine reflections based on a cat’s eye color. My heart skipped a beat when I saw two tiny, blueish glints flash back at me.

I followed your advice on how to approach to avoid scaring her off. As I got closer, I recognized the familiar fur pattern on her head. It was her! It was so hard to stay calm!

I talked softly like at home and kept my movements slow and steady. Eventually, I crouched down about 1.5 meters away. I was terrified one step closer would spook her. So I just stayed put, chatting with her while holding treats.

After what felt like an eternity, she finally gathered the courage to come to me. She took the treats and rubbed her head against me! I carefully picked her up and placed her into the carrier. She started complaining about it.

I was so scared she'd panic and escape my grip! Luckily, I knew to have the carrier close, so the process was fairly quick. As soon as we got home, she rushed to the water bowl. She hadn’t eaten in nearly five days.

I truly can’t thank you enough for your Lost cat kit. I'd already been searching for her for three days without any luck. Once I started applying your methods, she was home and safe the very next day.
