Before a private coaching with the Lost Cat Finder, I'll need certain key need details to give you the right strategy for your lost cat situation. A completed "lost Cat profile" allows me to put together the clues you may have missed to find your missing cat.

NOTE Custom Consultations are $375 and reserved for those who've covered the complete materials in the How to Find Your Lost Cat Kit.

How a Lost Cat Consultation Works

1. Request a Consultation Session online.

2. Complete your Lost Cat Profile document (delivered to you via email).

3. Book consultation session with Kim, the Lost Cat Finder.

Important Notes

• You'll need to at least skim the Lost Cat kit -  both the booklet & Lost Cat Tips Video before completing your profile so you'll provide better clues and key details.

• The Lost Cat Profile document needs to be completed and returned as a MS Word or Google document format by 9:00 pm the day before your session.

• Include at least one  photo of your cat from the side (standing, walking, or sitting).

• Plan to be at a computer for your Zoom consultation session for full screensharing capability (not a mobile phone).

• Cases are taken in order of receipt of completed profile and payment. 

LOST CAT FINDER SERVICE REFUND POLICY

If you cancel or notify us you have found your cat before your scheduled coaching session, you will be refunded as follows:

With notification given 24 hours or more before your scheduled session: 100% refund (less $10 in PayPal fees).

• Notification of cat found within 24 hours of your scheduled session: 75% refund (less $10 in PayPal fees)

• Notification of cat found 12 hours or less before your scheduled session: 50% refund (less $10 in PayPal fees)

• Notification cat has been found <2 hours before your scheduled session: no refund as your time was reserved exclusively for your case at the expense of others.
